FAQ’s

To reschedule a booked session, contact me by email or phone at least 24 hours in advance before your session. To Cancel your booked session and receive a full refund, contact me by email or phone at least 24 hours before your session. There is a 50% cancellation fee for sessions cancelled at a short notice.

If you experience technical difficulties before or during a session, please login again and continue your session. Any time lost due to technical failures will be made up by extending your session if possible or at a mutually convenient time. If for any reason you cannot login again, please contact me by email or phone as I may be unable to contact you for privacy reasons or due to technical difficulties.

Counseling is a choice; you are free to stop whenever you want with 24 hours notice.

Probably. At this time, most insurance companies do recognize Telehealth. If at any time you decide to begin face to face counseling, St Croix Support does accept most insurance plans.

Diagnoses are needed when using your insurance plan. I may advise you of a mental disorder if appropriate and recommend you to see a physician in order to assist in the treatment of the disorder. I will continue to work with you to understand the disorder and learn coping skills.

Each individual is different and counseling is only effective when adapted to each particular client. It is through a therapeutic relationship that the best treatment will develop. However, the basic tenets of my approach consist of using your strengths to support changes and growth with a focus on cognitive and behavioral therapy.
